  1. Set pot on stove and let dry. Put palm oil in dry pot and let it get hot, allow a bit of smoke for oil to cook. Add olive oil
  2. Add grounded melon to oil and stir until it is smooth
  3. While processing, gradually add stock water and continue to stir Add tomato paste and store\
Finishing the dish
  1. Add condiments, fish, chicken, and allow to boil for 5 minutes
  2. Use the cooking time of everything you have added to add spinach. Don’t allow the spinach to be well done, fresh is always good!
  3. After about 3 to 5 minutes, the soup should be done.
  4. Make pounded yam or garri (see recipe or procedure)
  5. Present the dish with pounded yam on the side.
